Mrs. Joyce Francis Noronha has joined CBFS in April 2007, as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Professional studies. She is a Company Secretary and has completed her M. Phil ( Commerce), LL.M. MBA( Finance ), PGDHRM and PGDBM . Her core areas of interest are corporate finance, capital markets, financial reporting, law, human resource management and corporate governance She has varied experience in the corporate world specializing in Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance, BPR, Organization restructuring , HR & IR & as in-house legal advisor & teaching UG, PG and B-School Students in India. Mrs. Noronha is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
